Questions, answered
Is Resiboh really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 150 orders and 20 AI photo scans to start (then 5 a month), plus invoices, receipts, To collect and printing. Busier shops can subscribe to Starter or Business in the Resiboh iPhone app; it covers the whole team. If you stop paying, you go back to Free and keep all your data.
What counts as an AI scan?
Reading a photo with Scan with AI, usually a handwritten order slip, or tapping Try with AI when a screenshot didn’t read well. Uploading chat screenshots is unlimited on every plan, because they’re read right on your phone or computer, without AI. Pasting text or typing an order never counts either. Free gets 20 AI scans to start, then 5 a month; Starter gets 200 and Business 500. AI scans reset on the 1st of each month. Every saved order still counts toward your plan’s orders a month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Resiboh runs in your phone’s browser. Tap Add to Home Screen and it opens like an app. It works on laptops and tablets too. The only exception: to subscribe to Starter or Business, the owner needs the Resiboh iPhone app.
Can it read handwriting and Taglish?
Yes. It understands phrases like “2 sisig po”, “carbo isa” and “coke x2”, and handles messy handwriting. Anything it isn’t sure about is highlighted, and you confirm every order before an invoice is made.
Are Resiboh invoices official BIR receipts?
No. Resiboh invoices and payment receipts are for your records and your customers’ convenience. They aren’t BIR-registered official receipts or sales invoices, so keep issuing those as required.
I don’t sell food. Can I still use it?
Of course. Clothes, cosmetics, plants, gadgets: anything you sell by order works. Just add your products and their prices.
Is my customers’ information safe?
Each business only ever sees its own data, order photos are stored privately, and we never sell your data. Read the details in our Privacy Policy.
Does it work without internet?
You need a connection to save orders and invoices. Spotty signal is fine: an unfinished order stays on your phone until you’re back online.
